How does an underwater treadmill work?

The Endless Pools® underwater treadmill works using a hydraulic power unit (HPU) that pumps biodegradable vegetable oil into the treadmill's underwater motor, providing maximum power while remaining energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

With a speed range of 0 to 9 KPH, the treadmill is easily adjustable to any workout level and pace from a slow walk to a brisk jog. Most of our customers are drawn to the versatility and convenience of their Endless Pools Fitness System.
